Tuna in oil and rice diced carrot broccoli red pepper fennel zucchini and fresh coriander. Whole lemon juiced . This is my go to easy dinner . Another paddock dinner , third night I’ve helped move all the machinery to the next paddock ( I’m the pilot vehicle ) .

Leftover roast chicken and salad. Cherries. DS brought the most magnificent cherries up from Vic Market. We shared the box with neighbours.

Leftover cold meat loaf, salad and fresh beans from the garden.  I'm having my version of RTE Pasta with Creamy Zucchini Sauce using risoni in place of spaghetti.

Chicken and vegetable casserole with minted baby potatoes, peas from the garden & broccolini for the men.  I'm having the same as last night.
