Frozzie I've had pan fried gnocchi in a restaurant. Its definately worth giving it a try I think you'd need to use a reasonable amount of olive oil. I'm quite sure the recipe would be the same boiled or pan fried.

I will be having a little serve of pasta with lots of steamed veg as I'm shedding some extra kilos at the moment. I have lost 3kg now - 5 more to go! Woohoo! So much more energy for cooking now!!!
