Tonight we had beef kofta, mash potato and steamed veg (including garlic mushrooms).
(so meat mixture made in the tmx and baked in the oven, rest in tmx whilst they were cooking)
And for those that don't like mashed potatoes (sacrilege) they had left over tortillas from last night.

We had Chookies KFC with EDC coleslaw and salad. We can't get enough of the KFC. Think I'll have to make some more of the spice mix. Might have to make double this time.

For me was the Chicken Kiev's and fried rice both from this Forum. and both my first attempt and both absolutely beautiful.

Spinach impossible pie and beetrot and feta salad. I'll post the recipe if it's nice.

Tonight from the freezer we had spicy chicken & vegie patties (had some mixture leftover from Jo's sausage rolls), Golabki  (stuffed cabbage) & mushroom sauce plus a fresh batch of mashed potato.

Tonight was some cheese and bacon rolls fresh out of the oven, Macaroni cheese and left over chicken Kiev's from last night. full again.
