Curry powder from ATOV is always sensational, the house smells fantastic so going on the theme and making the potato curry too. I just LOVE that book it's worthwhile just for those two recipes alone! LOL. Now to use up some turkey mince...I'm guessing meatballs...

I was sneaky this morning and left the recipe for Chelsea's Swiss Beef on the kitchen table, and made sure that the ingredients were in the fridge, and then I went off to work leaving DH at home ....... and it worked! I've been told that we are having swiss beef and steamed vegies for dinner
http://fulllittletummies.blogspot.com/2010/03/swiss-beef.html
And when I got home from work last night he was just finishing off a batch of thermomix gingerbread men for the kids - they were delicious too
I can see from the photo that I am going to have to leave the recipe for chookies banana butterscotch pudding lying around too
I look forward to weekends when I get a chance to use the TMX too!

I am enjoying this thread - get to see what others are eating which is not TMX. Loving your photos Maddy. Some ideas to store away too.

Tonight was a quick mix of beef ravioli and cheese tortellini, and a creamy pumpkin and sage sauce.

Yum, that looks delicious!
I made a heap of sultana bread and buns this avvie, so we had that for dinner, hot out of the oven - yummy!
We don't do too much on Sunday nights, just sandwiches or bread or leftovers.

We don't normally do much either on Sunday nights.
My Hubby used the TM for the first time to make a meal (he makes our daily brekky juice - bless him). He made some very yummy pumpkin and sweet potato soup. He also made some savoury french toast spread with homemade tomato sauce to serve it with. It was a rather strange meal, but we all enjoyed it. Everything seems to taste better when you haven't had to cook it.

We rushed out to a talk on Solar power on the roof last night so dinner was a bowl of soup and a roll from the freezer.
Tonight will be something using the chicken breasts I got for last nights dinner.
