Looks great Judy ;) Did you just crumb your Tommy Ruffs and then fry them?

Thanks girls, a nice free meal with the fish given to me by my SIL.

Yes Amy, they are rather small fish and I had a bit of egg leftover from basting the bread rolls yesterday so I decided to crumb the fish this time.  Pan fried in a small amount of rice bran oil.

I also tried a new method with the chips too.  Cut the potatoes into wedges, placed in the thermomix bowl, covered with cold water and parcooked for 15 minutes/100o/reverse/speed 1.  Drained them well, tossed them in oil and sprinkled with a potato seasoning Chookie gave me from a Melbourne supplier. They were really tasty.

Casserole with yummy dumplings on top.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Are they available in your supermarkets or only at specialist shops.
