Mandi so glad you all enjoyed the curried sausages. Such an easy versatile recipe. Can use mince, chicken, sausages etc. I even use it for curried chops in the slow cooker.

i havent made dinner in a few night my DD and the freezer have been doing all of the work, times like this its nice having a well stocked freezer

so I added in a few squirts of this stuff from Aldi
much better! Going back to Aldi's to get some more while it lasts....it's good stuff

My DH just said the the mornay was extra creamy today. That's because I padded it out with puréed cauliflower. Hee Hee

Maddy, it's good that you were able to add something to jazz it up for you. I know some red wines are stronger tasting than others. I must have picked a good one that day
