Just bought a pressure cooker. Dont have a clue, instructions not brilliant. I am making Beef and Chorizo Stew (Pressure Cooker Recipe).

Shoud be interesting, tried to saute & deglaze, dont think that worked. It will all be over n about 10 mins :o

Interesting to see how it turns out.

I am actually surprised at how much flavour & how tender it is.

The problem now, I want to play more. Maybe the dish wonder cooked, bolognaise risotto.

Oh dear I can see massive freezer build up, pc on, tm on & slow cooker on, plus oven!! ;D
