Probably nothing here, we both had roast at the West Lakes Hotel today and the chap put so much meat on our plates (lamb & pork).  I then filled it with vegies from the self serve bar.

I always carry a plastic sandwich bag for the meat JD. Sometimes a psteak is just too big.

KFC revisited,  made a new batch,  so had to test it.

Is it a good batch? Have you improved on itor is it the same?

Having honey mustard chicken tonight but just discovered I don't have enough rice :(
Off to the shop I go, I have dough on the rise so I might walk down :)

Excellent idea ladies. No one will give you a doggy bag these days for fear of being sued.

Veal schnitzel and vegies.

Quick and easy, but too sweet.
Served with sweet potato wedges and  *: coleslaw (red and green cabbage and carrots and mayo)

DJ, maybe too much with cream & honey.

I did roast veggies with the left over lamb fat & spicy rub from our last batch of chops. Fantastic certainly lifted the veggies, very nice.

I have 1/2  bulk pack of chicken drumsticks leftover from the soup I made yesterday so will be throwing them plus vegies into the weber for a quick meal today.

Dinner tonight - grilled chicken breast fillets with salad and turkish bread cut into bun size, buttered with TM garlic butter and grilled. So basically chicken burgers!  :)
Fresh fruit and yoghurt after if anyone wants it.  :)

Chicken & sweetcorn soup with no fuss bread.

The kids can tinned sahetti on toast if still hungry :)
