CP,  happy birthday to DH.
Maddy those wraps look wonderful.  Recipe please.
Judy,  you really do spoil your DH.

Last night,  chicken wings baked in oven in Bourbon Sauce.   Baked these while I baked the chicken frames for Tenina's Chicken stock powder.

The BBQ has been uncovered and cleaned so tonight is the first BBQ of the season.

Having scotch fillet steaks and coleslaw.  I'm not yet convinced by thermothingy coleslaw - I prefer long strands of cabbage and carrot so I cut and grated by hand.

BBQ here too.

Cajun chicken, i made the rub, dh cooking on bbq. Potatoes in foil on bbq, sweetcorn, noodle salad & green salad.

DH doing it all :o :o.

We are eating at 6, this is going to be very interesting. DH doesnt cook a full meal, I had to make the rub as he was confused ???, while I will pour myself a glass of wine & relax.

Happy dinner ;D ;D

H :)

I have been presented bok choy, is this chinese cabbage?, lol
Next trip he arrived with fennel, " now I know this isnt cabbage but what is it?"
I just gave him the cabbage :)

It sounds like you need to educate DH in different vegies Hally, at least he is trying so that's a start.

I made an omelette using leftover sausages, caramelised onions and vegies for tea tonight.  Half the omelette left  :-))
