We're on a casserole from the freezer that was cooked in the TMX. Last night we didn't eat until late as we were chatting/drinking till late and then had to go back and cook dinner.

That looks great maddy.
We had the leftovers from the Healthy Chicken Rice Porridge from the Asian book tonight and, as I expected, it was more like a risotto. We ate it with a fork this time and a soup spoon when it was freshly made a few days ago. Not gluggy like reheated risotto either.

We had Jamie Oliver's Piri Piri chicken (from the 30 min meals book) with rice and veg.
Made the piri piri sauce in the tmx, so easy and really really tasty - dd1 in particular loved it, on her favourites list.
Also cooked the rice and steamed veg in the tmx/varoma.

Today I made a lovely green pasta salad. Following the guidelines in MWOC I was thrilled to see how wonderfully the TM milled the spinach with the flour to create the base for the pasta.
The recipe was from here
http://allrecipes.com.au/recipe/6792/green-pasta-salad.aspx
but I halved the recipe. The basil pesto dressing really made it.
After milling the spinach with the flour

Could you give me a few hints on the spinach / flour process please? Do you simply wash and dry a specific quantity and add that to a specific quantity of flour and mill it? Have you done the same with a tomato / flour mix - if that is even possible as the tomatoes are so 'wet'? Thanks.

That looks fantastic JulieO, I have been attending pasta making classes every week for a few weeks and last week we did spinach pasta. I was told that you cant make fettuccine with the pasta machine as the spinach is too fibrous so the pasta had to be hand cut.. I knew the TMX could do it ..If you could please pm me the recipe that would be great
Thank You

wow JO I am supremely impressed. I agree with you that there are so many recipes out there that you don't have to get stuck on the same old ones week in week out, and its always a good feeling to find a new recipe to add to the Old Favourites.
