Last night was pita pizzas...pesto/sour cream on base & topped with baby spinach, smoked chicken, pine nuts, marinated feta & bocconcini

Nice and warm today, so think I'll make a Greek lamb meatball salad.

Yes, I always buy these ones

They're thicker, edges don't burn & fit the pizza maker perfectly.  They hold lots of toppings and sauce with out the base going soggy.

Hally we have pizza on Friday nights but am thinking if I buy the bases that Maddy uses it will be nearly just as easy to make our own and probably nicer  ;) ;)

I meant friday cracking up ???

Much nicer to make, if the izza ass are good that will be so easy.

Either left over tagliatalli tetrazinni or
Dh can cook wagyu steaks with salad.

Either way no work for me :)

Yes Hally that's what I am thinking just have to make sure we have enough toppings, have been a bit annoyed with the pizzas we are buying half the time they are not hot and they are becoming very oily too  :)
