We just had the remaining chicken noodle soup and Turkey wings - yay my fridge has spare shelves now after a day of eating leftovers.

I just had leftover Thai vegetable curry. It was tasty but not the best as the veg had lost the crunch and the sauce had dried out too much as I reheated it in the microwave.

I made the special awesome cheese sauce recipe from the forum and poured it over some steamed broccoli and cauliflower, pasta and tinned salmon to make a cheesy, vegie pasta bake
Lots of leftovers for dinner tomorrow night and some lunches later in the week
