Lamb curry with green peppers (from the Indian cookbook)
It's one of our favourite meals in the TM

Homemade pizza! My first time making the thin and crispy pizza dough from here
One is bacon, cheese and pineapple, and the other is salmon, corn, mushroom and tomato

Thanks Kimmy!
The base was lovely, except I think I need to buy a pizza stone so I can cook it properly. That or a pizza machine
But the pizza I dished up disappeared pretty quick, so even though the base was still a bit soft in the middle of the pizza, it was certainly still edible

I have a pizza stone and it happens to us a few times too. We think it might be due to us having too much topping?

There's no such thing as too much topping

DH & DS loved the marinade. i thought it OK, but I am not a huge steak fan, I love chicken & pork.
Will post it innthe next day or so as its ingredients we would all have,
