Wonder, Have pm you the recipe. Great for week nights, cp,loved it.

I have made much more complicated ones, but this was so quick.

Still need to do easy meals.

Tonight DD's new boyfriend is over for dinner so I'm going to do  slow cooked Pork belly, hopefully it works and I don't scare him off with my cooking, it's not something I cook a lot so time will tell  ;D

DH cooked tonight while I soaked in the bath... spoilt!!  :-*
We had garlic roasted chicken, TM mash and veg.

Tonight we went for a walk down Semaphore Road and had dinner at a Thai Restaurant - it was lovely.

Good luck with the dinner suzanne - I've yet to meet a chap who does not like Pork belly roast.  He will love it so much he will want to keep going out with your DD to sample some more of your food ;D
