Lamb shank casserole...Amy, don't tell me that! I LOVE lamb shanks - especially in the slow cooker.  :D

Not sure what we are having here - probably hamburgers again.  :)

You're always welcome to come over Astarra :D

What a shame Hally. DD is having a Halloween party and it's quite a nice night here, not hot but very mild.  She's having 25, 17 year olds over, hopefully they will all behave.

Have a great time.

Went out to lunch so all I had for tea was a bowl of my yoghurt with some plum compote I found in the freezer mixed through (now where did that plum recipe come from  :-))) then a bowl of lemon myrtle ice-cream.  DH had lamb shanks for lunch so all he wanted was a glass of Sustagen.

Note to self, when freezing things write where the recipe came from on the packet.

Teninas beef curry and rice, lovely one of y favorites. I had a bit too much gravy beef so once the paste was made I transferred it to the crock pot and cooked it on induction 2 for several hours, beef was soooo tender.  I also added some figs at the end as I had them handy.

I hope she sees it that way too MF. She raised me very well and I always want to do these things to show her how grateful I am ;D
