I had a go at creating/converting my first TMX dinner tonight based on a recipe from the Purely Golden Door cookbook.

The original recipe was Poached Sea Bass with Coriander & Sesame Crumb and Mango Salsa which they recommend serving with sweet potato mash.  I couldn't find any Sea Bass today so I used Atlantic Salmon instead.  I also didn't have any sweet potato so served mine with green beans.  Since I was using the Veroma (salmon & green beans were steamed), I also cooked some rice which I will use at another time.

I think I need to play around with the TMX timings a bit more before I post the recipe.  The fish was pretty good but parts of the salsa were bordering on soup!

Hally, that looks yummy. Just like Mama Fergie, we had your lamb and feta burgers(again). My whole family loves these burgers. :)
The family has requested pasta for dinner tomorrow. Not sure what I'll do yet. ???

I mad e a batch of SOS and have made a delicious Mustard Chicken. Will have to post recipe later.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hally burgers were delish and enjoyed by all. I had mine in a burger bun but DH and DS had theirs in Turkish  bread that I brushed with rosemary infused olive oil and then grilled.
DS went home with your recipe so thank you again.  :)

MF & ES, so glad you liked the burgers, we do.

I have the chicken out for bafs chicken, but it still does not inspire me & I dont know why, everyone loves it. Not sure what I will do with it. As to be something I can pre-ppepare or quick & easy as I have friends over until about 6 tonight.

Maybe pizza, quick & easy & dh can roll the dough

Not sure tonight DH and DD will not be in home so something easy, DS said he will get himself something (I offered to get a meal out of the freezer) so I will probably have eggs
