Steamed atlantic salmon (with a lemon coriander dressing), green vegetables and some 'mock' rice (i.e cauliflower).  All cooked in Thermie of course.

Home late from shopping & cricket, so picked up schnitzels from woolies,  cooked and shoved in a toasted bun with salad & ranch dressing.
......would have preferred Julie's prawns though  :-*

Cold chicken, gravy, topped with mash. Left over form last night roast. DS can put in oven so ready when home.
