Yep, tried that one JD. Although it was nice it is not what I consider to be a tradional butter chicken.

I am not  a fan on the butter chicken from the Indian book, there is a good pc oe in aww.

I took some salmon out of the freezer this morning as it's going to be hot here this evening, so we will be having some type of salmon dish for dinner.

Followed by apple crumble and ice cream. ;D
I invited my friend who had the major operation around for Dinner and filled her to the brim with yummy food. :)
