Yep, tried that one JD. Although it was nice it is not what I consider to be a tradional butter chicken.

I am not  a fan on the butter chicken from the Indian book, there is a good pc oe in aww.

I took some salmon out of the freezer this morning as it's going to be hot here this evening, so we will be having some type of salmon dish for dinner.

I made a potato salad and a nice garden salad to have with a roast chicken

Roast Lamb with the works here tonight (zucchini quiche for DS)
Followed by apple crumble and ice cream.
I invited my friend who had the major operation around for Dinner and filled her to the brim with yummy food.
