Well this lamb was defrosted, so we thought we would use the rotisserie. We are interested how it turns out.

Well we cooked the lamb on the rotisserie, it was slightly under done, i like it pink but not that pink, so we finished it in the oven. So we still have meat from the bbq & will be having this lamb too :)

We have a lot of lamb,  maybe should look at making it into lasagna or shepherds pie.

Any other ideas?

Do you have gravy too, H?
If so an idea is to reheat the lamb in the gravy and have in in rolls/wraps with salad...YUM!!!  :D

Yes we often  have lamb in home made wraps, I have a box of 1/2 used taco shells, thi k I might use them. Thanks u just reminded me.

but Hally you can make a curry with cooked meat. Here's one recipe but there are plenty on the net.
