Scrapped the chicken parmigiana idea because we have no potatoes to make homemade chips. So I went with a chicken curry instead :D

Just finished dinner - FIL dropped it in...
A piece of fish (not sure what type, it was white!!) with cheese and herbs on it, hot tomato halves, peas and carrots. It was delicious.  :D

Running around all day, so just grabbed taco stuff.  Call it intuition, but bought 3 boxes taco shells, and extra mince....ended up with an extra 2 mouths to feed, so all worked out.

Apparently I am still contagious to be near my girls ATM - so missing them, almost glad I feel rotten as if I felt well I would go crazy without them here!  :D

Sounds nice Hally let us know how it tastes  :) That would be a good one to take away on your holiday for the BBQ
