Creamy chicken avocado fettuccine with bacon and salami. Finally going to try this.

We love that one :)

I have made arancini balls, mushroon & aspargus risotto then stuffed with boccicini ball, :P

Plus a few bits & pieces of left overs once se have eaten the balls.

H :)

The balls sound really nice Hally.
Made the fettuccine with evap milk and it curdled?? Other than that it was a nice dish just can't work out why it curdled.

Had decided to make risotto but will probably just have poached eggs or something instead. Nobody really bothered about dinner.

Using my new PC for the first time so hopefully it will work out.
My own recipe thick lamb chops, the round ones, in an Italian style sauce with tomatoes, white wine, capsicum, onions , garlic, mushrooms and olives.
Either mash or gnocchi not sure yet.
It's making a lot of noise is that normal ?

Jo

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

I am cooking our own dinner tonight.... Pork chops with potato bake and veg. (& gravy of course.)  :D

The pork wasn't thawed in time so I had marinated chicken drummettes, hash brown triangles and steamed corn, carrot, peas and beans.  :)
