I have it often and usually without the sour cream because of the calories  ;D

LOL calories aren't our friends, especially this time of year :-))
I love a good dose of pepper! Avocado on toast, topped with poached eggs and pepper. YUM ;D

Yum Amy. I love toast with avocado.
Love it topped with bacon, mushrooms and a dollop of sour cream.  ;D

don't worry about what you eat / drink between Christmas and new year, worry about new year to Christmas... :)

left overs, not much
