Left over from last night, Lemon,Asparagus (I used peas) and smoked Salmon Risotto, the recipe is on the back of the cooking pkt from Tassel Smoked Salmon.  It is really delicious, just followed the instructions for the Mushroom Risotto but put the other ingredients in.

40 in perth today. Menu plan lemongrass pork curry, but dh wants to go to the beach, so its a picnic now. Will still make curry as I have defrosted the meat. Now got to think of easy picnic food.
