Smoked salmon, avocado and rocket salad with potato salad on the side.
Too oppressive to cook a hot meal . We need a few cool days

One of our first cooler nights in a while. I made quiche lorraine from the EDC with left over beetroot salad and broccoli, celery and apple salad.
