Chookie's Salmon Chraimeh, was delicious. 

It certainly looks delicious Julie  .....No one here but me eats salmon, quite thankful really....it .won't cost me a fortune to make this then 

I am the only one that eats salmon in my house too Maddy. No fighting over it.

We had crumbed veal schnitzel and steamed vegies - oh - and a tantrum as DD didn't want to eat her vegies tonight! 
Actually, I should clarify that it was DD that had the tantie!!

Hoisin chicken from AWW Chinese cookbook.

First frittata.....I followed the directions in the instruction booklet and added mushrooms, tomatoes, baby spinach tasty cheese. It was so delicious and surprisingly tasty, a great way to use up veggies.

I made my salmon and spinach pasta dish but used tuna instead

We had lamb steaks with Greek style marinade cooked on the barbie, salad & pizza Bianca cooked in the pizza maker - love my gadgets

Toally agree with Jamberie.

We had cajun chicken kebabs, coleslaw, left over potato bake, (cp wanted rice) & salad

So easy to cook rice for him in TM

We had farfallina's baked chicken. It is very nice and easy to make. Another farfallina winner.
