Thanks Ames, still cant open it fully >:(

Tonights dinner will be chicken breasts somehow, then from tomorrow..........left overs wednesday, sausages & kebabs thursday, toasted sandwiches & soup or left overs unil Easter Sunday, then I will do a roast as I dont want lr to miss out :)

Tonight is minced chicken (in the tmx) spread over puff pastry, with sun dried tomatoes and a little parmesan and then rolled up and cut into pieces with vegies. I'll probably sprinkle some fresh herbs over it before I roll it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I'm really annoyed, my Varoma frittata turned out perfectly but my camera battery was flat :( :'(
