tuna mornay in vol au vants with vegetables already prepared just have to assemble at tea time and chuck it in the oven love it when all the kids are at school can get so much more done ;D;D

Never tried stroganoff topped with ice cream

Last night I made up a recipe with my turkey mince and it was so yummy I think I will post it :D

Roast chicken  with heaps of veges.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Sous Vide chicken done in TMX with mash potato, broccoli, raw carrots also sous vide  :-\  and creamy mushroom sauce. The most tender chicken I have ever had.  :D
