tuna mornay in vol au vants with vegetables already prepared just have to assemble at tea time and chuck it in the oven love it when all the kids are at school can get so much more done ;D

Last night I made up a recipe with my turkey mince and it was so yummy I think I will post it

Tonight I'm going to try converting a recipe for Chicken Biryani. Fingers crossed....

Roast chicken  with heaps of veges.

Chicken drums, homemade chips or wedges, salad and gravy.

Sous Vide chicken done in TMX with mash potato, broccoli, raw carrots also sous vide    and creamy mushroom sauce. The most tender chicken I have ever had.
