I enjoyed my fish curry last night, and cooked the satay chicken tonight. It was delicious, and so easy cooking the rice with the chicken and veggies steaming on top. Didn't take a photo, but here is a photo of the bread, choc cornflake slice and cornflake biscuits ( the bread rolls are in the freezer)

We had Beef Short Ribs last night. We had them at a restaurant in Melbourne last week and all loved them so thought I would give them ago. I cooked them in the pressure cooker and served with stirfried veggies and rice and they were beautiful. All the family have already asked if we can have them again.

Wonder, I think you have solved my dinner dilemma for tomorrow night.  ;D How long did you cook them in the pressure cooker?

DH made a lovely chicken stew tonight with tons of veggies and a handful of pasta. It was lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
