I'm being lazy and have put a rolled pork loin in the weber and will throw some whole potatoes with rosemary wrapped in foil in with it. Some veges and we are done!

Tonight I made a beef and vegetable pie which was a joint effort between my TC and PC!
I also had another go at the bread recipe in the TC Book. I completely abandoned the instructions and followed my instincts. The loaf has risen well and has a nice fluffy texture. Success at last

Glad to hear you had success ES. Your obviously getting comfortable with experimenting with your TC to find the right combination for success.

We had lamb curry cooked in the PC - first meal from the PC and it was a huge success. I had bought a small leg of lamb and took the bone out, the meat fell apart after 40 mins and the dog loved the bone which still had quite a bit of meat on it. Probably cooked for a little long but wasn't following a recipe and guessed on the time.

Glad you had success with your PC Wonder. Something I have never used. I remember my mum having one when we were young and I was scared of it
it had this weight thingy on top that would rattle around as the pressure built up and I used to think it was going to blow its lid off

The lamb sounds lovely Wonder. Dede I remember those scary old contraptions too.
I'm going to buy a multi cooker today. Just about to reread the thread again.

Wonder so glad your pressure cooker behaved itself.
Curried Sausages tonight. Meeting with DS teacher this afternoon so hopefully I won't be too distraught to cook. Might need something chocolatey for dessert.
