Salmon velouté meal from new EDC. Delish! Youngest DD thought the soup was the best. I liked it all.

Will try chicken version next time.

We had hamburgers and wedges tonight. The rolls had cheese and Chili and garlic in. Very tasty. The wedges were done in the AF.

Michele, the kievs look yummy! Will search for the recipe cos I haven't had kievs before 😁

INAID, steak was not bad but I'm no expert. Hardly order steak even when we eat out. It's much easier than cooking in a pan. Less mess 👍👍

I have sausages with onion and mushroom gravy,  potatoes,  carrots and zucchinis all cooking in the thermomix. I just love doing main meals,  Trevor prepared the vegetables for me. It is so good to feel I can do things again :)

Finally got around to using the Breville Sous Vide we bought. 

I did 4 free range chicken breasts that I marinaded in some garlic, chilli, soy and oyster sauce and then vac-packed.  Cooked them for about 3 1/2 hours.  They were beautiful - the chicken was soft, moist and really delicious.  I seared them off in a hot pan after taking them from the sous vide, but I'm sure they would have been delicious without this step.  Served them with some fried rice. 

DH is pleased and looking forward to trying steak next weekend.
