Thanks Denise, I haven't had pork for some time so it was a nice change.

Does look tasty Judy.
Meals are a bit hit and miss here at the moment.
Cooked rice in TMX to have with Chicken Sweet and Sour and stir fried veggies from garden.
Last night we had bought dip with rice crackers and fruit salad for dinner. I bought the dip so I could copy it as it was very nice. Baby Spinach and feta. They had a sample for tasting at a local shop. $4 for 200 g tub.

A great recipe and instructions Denise, I must try this one myself. A good one for those following the 5:2 diet.

We were feeling lazy last night and ordered Indian from one of our local restaurants. They do home delivery if you spend $30 so that's what we did. Never done that before, but it was so cold and wet.
The food was beautiful!

That sounds lovely Katj. Tonight we're having a chick pea and vegie meal. Last night was a small piece of fillet steak sliced thinly, lots of mushrooms and pasta in a sauce. It was lovely. The steak cost less than meat for a meal and it was lovely.

I made a white cheese sauce in Thermie, mixed it with cooked macaroni, a tin of sweetcorn, a tin of tuna, salt, pepper and the juice of a lemon in a baking dish, topped it with grated cheese then warmed it in the oven and grilled it until the cheese topping was bubbly and brown. It was easy as, and the family all loved it.
