What's for Dinner Tonight?

We are having chicken breast somehow with veggies.

New recipe for Salmon croquettes.  Had cheese in the potato mixture and Parmesan in the crumb coating.

Tenina's Chick pea and Cashew curry with rice and naan from the freezer.

We had lunch out so just vegemite and walnut sandwich for dinner.

Last night we had cold salmon with potato salad and a mixed salad. Not sure what's going to be tonight's dinner. I will hunt in the freezer to see what's available.

Left over Braised Steak & Onion casserole with veg for the men.  Not sure what I will have.

We had Warm Sweet Chilli Salad.

Roasted Salmon with a crust of Panko bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan.  Will do again as was delicious.  Made a chopped salad, avo, tomato, celery and kiwi fruit.
