We had Mushroom Risotto and a lovely Pumpkin Tart at friends home today.
Tonight lamb chump chops and leftover veggies. I am also making a double batch of Portuguese Custard Tart custard for tarts tomorrow.

Tonight I had a slice of pizza, base made with cauliflower.  I made 3 bases a few weeks ago and have only just got around to trying them. https://www.thermofoodieandthechef.com/recipe/cauliflower-pizza-base/

I am trying to clean out my freezer so it will be Sausage Rolls and a Vegetable Casserole both from the freezer.

Cookie, if not using SD, I find the Pizza base recipe on the Forum very good and can be used immediately.  It makes a lovely thin crisp base. Makes about 6 medium bases. Can’t link but will see if I can find it.

Thanks Chookie. I usually use Jamberie’s Fluffy Pizza base. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12717.msg268239#msg268239

We had baked beans on toast with egg and bacon on the top.

DS made a huge Lasagne and brought us some. It was delicious. Luckily there is enough for another meal.
