Lucky we can use something else.
Made Lemon Risotto from Cookidoo. Just ok. Flavour good but instructions off. Or maybe it was me !

Probably the instructions Chookie. They can be rather crazy at times.

We are having hamburgers and chips. I have the No Fuss Rolls rising at the moment.

Prawn and asparagus risotto, used the seafood Cookidoo recipe. It used 400 rice but I only did 300 , then I ended up with a wet risotto but is was nice and today it will have absorbed it all . Ready for lunch today or the freezer if DH won’t eat it . Finding it hard to please everyone re meals , I love food and cooking ,but need lots of smiling faces that’s its more than a basic meal ! Oh well I’ll keep trying .

Edna's lemon curd cupcake looks good but as I have a TM31 I guess I am doomed to never trying it!

Thank you Judy.  I am trying not to do any baking (because I inevitably eat it) but this is just too too tempting!

Have shifted in to DD house where the cooking facilities are awful. She has my old 31. Last night I cooked turkey and mushroom meatballs in tomato sauce . Noodles and. Salad. No onion and lots of salad here.

Last night we had a pie from Cookidoo. The pastry from it was very nice. I have left over pastry for the freezer as I only put a top on the pie.
Tonight is something from the freezer.

Pork and fennel sausages wrapped in bacon with apple pumpkin and a mustard and maple glaze . Aldi sell in a pack so I thought I’d try it myself . Baked in the oven , used golden syrup as had no maple added fennel seeds and sliced leek . Really delicious. Served with steamed greens .
