Looks good Maddy.  :)

I made Potato & Leek soup today but as I was making quite a bit I used the TM to prepare the veg, cooked it in the pc, then poured back into the TM in two lots to puree until silky smooth.

I served with slivers of smoked salmon, a dollop of creme fraiche and snipped fresh chives.  Was really lovely.  :)

Nothing, going out on strike in sympathy with a fellow forum member. Did the ironing and they should be grateful I did that. No, really we had leftovers from the freezer, everyone had to get their own. I am thinking of pulling a strike though.....two and half hours of ironing.

I pay my kids to iron now.  I figure it's a win/win for me as I'd have to give them money anyway - I might as well get out of a boring job at the same time.
