The best biscuit recipe ...

What is the most sublime biscuit recipe you have ever made?  I'm bored of making the same old biscuits / cookies for my family, and I want to add something new to the staples.  So the challenge is out - who has a superb biscuit recipe - or which is your favourite on this forum?

Can't wait to hear your ideas / suggestions!

These are our current "special treat" favourite: white chocolate and cranberry cookies
