We've got a Christmas lunch on Thursday at work, I'm thinking of making it for that. Problem is, I don't think it will last very long with the vultures. I might have to make 2!

Hi All,

I need the advice of people who can actually cook, I can't, but Dobbie is making me look good!! I made this tart yesterday and the taste is amazing but it really didn't set very well... yes it was very hot weather, but even straight from the fridge it didn't hold its form, even this morning it is still quite sloppy... So I am wondering if there is something that I could put in to make it more like a cheesecake consistency, like gelatine???

Thanks all!!

Meegles - My macaroon mix only got brown edges too but mixture isn't really sloppy - just like a gnache sort of consistency - not sure why it wouldn't be setting but I'm sure gelatin or agar agar should get it how you want it.  :-\
