Name of Recipe: Cheese & Spinach Bake
Number of People: 4 - 6 as a side dish
Ingredients:120g cheddar cheese
250g cottage cheese
50g butter, softened
3 medium eggs, lightly beaten
500g frozen chopped spinach (or fresh cooked and chopped). Remove all water by squeezing in a sieve.
2 tsp plain flour
S & P to taste
Preparation:Grate the cheese
8 sec/speed 8.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix
10 sec/speed 5/reverse.
Spoon into a greased quiche dish and bake
175o/50-60 mins.
Photos:Tips/Hints:I only made 1/2 this quantity and cooked for 30 mins. It is not the nicest thing to look at but tastes really nice. Found the recipe at
