Good idea Brumington.
Am hoping to make these bars soon, once I can decide what I would serve them to visitors with...? Any ideas?

Just made these today and absolutely delicious.
Bought 4 large mangoes yesterday for 5 dollars which is very cheap for Perth.
By Xmas they will be 4 or 5 dollars each
A great recipe and they taste just like the weis bars at a fraction of the cost

I know what you mean Suzanne and I don't see why not.
I thought about that today but didn't have any as I gave them to DD last summer.
They really taste delicious

Made this again. Love it. Cooked some white peaches, no sugar. Used the peach liquid instead of water, but followed the recipe replacing mangos with peaches. Froze some in tray, ( will attach photo) rest frozen in plastic container.

Oh my goodness these ( and all the variations) look and sound amazing. My mangos won't be ready for picking until March 2013 so until then I think I will use blueberries or strawberries.

The peach ones were delicious. Served between wafer biscuits.
