I've been thinking about this thread and the idea of 'saving' favourite recipes...

Our top ten:

Beef Risotto (Forum)
Butter Chicken (Forum and Fast and Easy Indian Cooking)
Quirky Jo's Fried Rice (Quirky Cooking Website)
Lasagne using Bolognaise from QFIT and EDC Bechamel
Roast Pumpkin & Feta Risotto (Forum)
Fluffy Pizza Bases (forum)
No Fuss Bread (forum)
Zucchini Pizza Scrolls, as vegemite or cheese or onion (forum)
Healthy 'RoastChicken' (Devil of a Cookbook)

I'll add more and hyperlink them when I think of it :)

Kimmy's replacement for short crust pastry
Semi dried tomato and cashew dip (EDC)
Bread (forum) I rotate through them all but loved Katie's chilli cheese bread last time
Garlic prawn penne (my recipe)
Mongolian lamb (meat on the menu)
Fried rice (devil of a cookbook)
Nico morettis Thai basil chicken (forum)
Beef enchiladas (forum)
Cashew chicken satay (quirky cooking)

Pumpkin and feta risotto
Creamy prawn risotto
yogurt using UHT milk
Tenina's lemon curd
Journal of a French Foodie's lazy "sourdough" bread
Awesome cheese sauce
Journal of a French Foodie's creme caramel using varoma
farfallina's chocolate soufflé
Soups (anything creamy!)
Gert's Thai fish cakes

Lentil Bolognaise - Quirky Jo
Roasted pumpkin and corn soup - CreamPuff
Quick mix dark chocolate cake - EmeraldSue
Onion hotdog rolls - Katiej
Vegetable soup with pasta and bacon - Maddy
Bread rolls in under an hour - Uni
Apple and cinnamon breakfast cookies -Delightful Den AKA Dastardly Den AKA Dashing Den  :D

So hard just picking 10 recipes, those would be my most used. Although I do love.......

CC's non TMX Herman the German - it was so much fun.
Fruity's 5 cup loaf - so versatile.
Tenina's rich choccie ice-cream.
Helene's pizza risotto.
Vegetarian TMX cookbook cheese twists.
Cookie's beetroot and cashew dip.
Cyndi O'Meara's vegetarian sausage rolls.
JulieO's spiced nuts - I made these for the Blue Mountains get away.
My dukkah - can't find it but it's on here somewhere - made it for the W.A. retreat.
Dizzygirl's bread cases filled with baked beans, egg and cheese.

Oh, forgot about Judy's caramElised onion, feta and mushroom tarts. They are definitely one of my top 10! Might have move one of my other items down the list...
