You are very welcome.  Have you tried the soaked chocolate cake recipe yet from my blog.  That is my favourite recipe.  :-* ;D

Hey thanks everyone
I guess that is one selling point they use for the thermomix - that you can mill your own flour......well I thought I would never buy flour again !! oh well.....

There is lots of other kind of flour you can mill though I think? Like almond, coconut etc?

You can also sprout the wheat berries and add them to lentil hotpots etc. Fabulous texture when combined with lentils and beans. Very yummy.

So, today I am waiting for some to rise before I bake....If you are familiar with Cyndi O'meara - it is her Bible Bread recipe. I hope it goes okay.
How did your bread go?  I love Cyndi's Bible Bread - it's all we've been making and eating for about a year now.  Hope you've seen [urhttp://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=927.0]this [/url] thread which might help with your conversion to the thermomix.

Sounds so silly, but it never occured to me that I could use whole wheat grain as one of the seeds or grains in my bread - duh!

Definitely check out Jo and Chelsea's blogs, lot's of ideas for using whole grain.  And the spelt recipes I've tried convert easily to wheat without any dramas.
