There is nothing like a choccy chip cookie CC. I always make some to take away with us. They are sort of comforting.

DD bought a package of M&M just for this. Only 45g but that will do. Smell beautiful and looks great. Thank you, Mandi.

These were Yum. I couldn't get the mixture to come together in the tmx. But brought it all together by hand once I tipped it onto the mat.

I also added mint slice and sultanas to them. Yummy.

This is such a great recipe -  it has become a staple in my house. I made these today with a new variation. My DH is always given chocolate covered ginger by one of our friends, and we had a couple of packets in the cupboard that had been there a little longer than they should have. Not wanting them to go to waste, I blitzed half a packet (100g) on turbo a couple of times, removed them from the bowl and proceeded with the recipe, replacing the choc chips with the choc ginger. They have turned out beautifully, and the best thing is that I have enough choc ginger to make 3 more batches.

It's nice to find a use for something different ES, you've just invented a new biscuit.
