Goodness!!!  They truly are powerful little seeds.  I love the energy they give.  We have chia gel in our morning fruit smoothies and we feel really sluggish on the days we forget to add them.  :)

think I may need to add some to my brekky tomorrow and see if they make a difference. My kids sprinkle them over everything. (my son loves them so much he sprinkled them on his roast once - just once, his sisters so much fun of him that he'll never do it again  :D)
