I really love the one I made, very moist and delicious. I'll try it without eggs next time as it's good to have cake recipes that don't require them - especially when making cakes on a long weekend with no shops open!

I post recipes and then throw out the original with all the scribble on. Weeks/months/days later I get into a flap because I can't find it. I always forget to print my own converted recipes out. Drrrr

I have a pkt of potato flour and a pkt of wheat germ in the pantry just sit there one day i will remember why i bought them. any ideas what i could use the wheat germ for? Can i add it to a bread dough?

Cookie that seems to be a common ailment - I have to revert to the forum post as I have forgotten to save or print the convert4ed recipe - happened on Friday with potato chip cookies

Thanks for a lovely recipe........ I used 50gms of rapadura and 50gms of raw. I'm going to try eliminating all the raw next time as I think it would still be sweet enough. It's a really lovely moist cake.
