Made this for dinner two nights ago. Quick and easy, well liked by all family members :)
Cooked brown rice in Thermo first, then transferred to Thermoserver, before making the chicken. Steamed some veg in the microwave as there wasn't enough steam to cook them in the varoma. Will be making again!

I made a no-sugar option tonight, replaced honey with 60g of lemon juice for 'lemon soy chicken' - worked well. Must admit the honey version is yummier though.

Made this again tonight with chicken breast and hokkien noodles. Delicious. Added sliced carrot and capsicum and sautéed with garlic and ginger 5min. Added all sauce ingredients and cooked for 15 min adding chicken with 10min to go. No shredding. Yeh!

*BUMP*
For any newbies who haven't seen this one :D

I made it again tonight, using Kimmy's method. I put in some extra vegetables so I increased the sauce. I lost the balance of flavours slightly, the soy came through a bit strong, but it was still delicious as always!!! ;D

I made this today and it turned out alright. I didn't have cornflour so it came out a bit too watery but that's ok. I might reduce the amount of honey the next time I do it too, thought that it was overpowering. Maybe it's the type of honey I used.

I liked it anyway :)
