no problem Denzelmum, All I use is icing sugar and cocoa mixed together with a little butter and boiling water to make a mixture that is easily spreadable (Not to thick but not to thin). Sorry I don't have measurements as I just guess.

That's the same recipe that I've been using since I was a kid a great many years ago! Really easy and works so well.

Me too: about a cup of icing sugar, about 1.5 tablespoons cocoa, 25g butter, and just add the boiling water abit at a time (its ever so easy for water to come out in a rush and then you have to add more icing sugar to thicken again)

Oh thanks Dede,Cuilidh and CP for the icing recipe
I never would have thought of adding the butter as I just use a plain glace icing of icing sugar and water.

I made Narelle's version of this the other day (easy peasy chocolate slice) and it was quite crumbly. I don't think it was overcooked. I noticed yours has less coconut Dede so I will give this a go next time.
