Bought a 20 cm Swiss Diamond frypan  from kitchen style.com.au. My first purchase from here given that POK is completely out of stock of the small SD frypans. Must say impressed with the service. Ordered late Wed night  - arrived here by courier by 8 am this morning.

Bought a couple of resuable bread storage bags and also some reusable sandwich wraps for the kids lunches.  Trying to cut down on plastic bag use.  They also make a range of reusable plate/bowl covers, that could really cut down on gladwrap use.

I use something similar for the boys sandwiches Karen. They love them and they wipe clean every time.

3 funerals in the past week so I've indulged in a little online therapy. Bought spatulas and scrubbies from super kitchen machine and yesterday found a 12 high tea cup cake molds set for $16.

I had to buy some quirky coffee cups for my photographer aunt and uncle to justify to postage.

(Sadly I got the last set of cupcake molds because for another set was only $1 extra postage.)

Sounds like you have ha a tough week Thermesa. The retail therapy is well deserved.

We bought two sets of towels and some pillows for the new unit.

Not a great week Thermesa,  hopefully your shopping helped a little xx

See what happens when DH goes out I go shopping in my pj's  :-[
Peter of Kensington had a three tiered expandable shelf organiser that I have been looking for forever so bought 2, a new 100 piece cutlery set that was $499 and I paid $99 plus some bits and pieces for my mum and sisters for christmas, oh and my fruit and veg order but that doesn't count.

Oooh Peters of Kensington. I was threatening to do Christmas shopping there last year. Might revisit this year.

I've been emotionally baking rather than emotionally eating. Of course I'm even more emotional if it didn't turn out but it's all part of the process. My auntie is here for a few days so work won't need to eat my baking until Wednesday this week.

My friend bought me this...

.....I think Myer have channelled my Christmas tree  :P
Funny thing is I was in there the day before, and like a bee to honey, pounced on those decorations....I ummed & Ahhed for ages deciding if I should buy them or not....think I'll be going back before they go on a Pre-Christmas sale  ;)

Gosh Thermesa tough week :(
Hope the retail therapy helped a little.

Bought a couple of resuable bread storage bags

Love those bread bags Karen. Do they work well, especially for frozen bread?? Are they made of the same stuff as the snack pockets? (Sorry to ask so many questions ;D)

I can vouch for the sandwich wrappers, because I have used them before, but i haven't used the bread bags before.  Hopefully they will arrive this week, and I can report back on what they are like.

Oh dear Thermesa, what a tough week you've had. I too do the emotional baking...last week it was macarons. The cups are great, I too bought some for the Varoma, however you got a bargain price and the lens mug is great!

Love the Christmas decorations...I've not let myself near Myer yet!!!

Can any one suggest where to find S&P Fifth Ave highball glasses?  I have tried Myer, David Jones and P&K.
