I have bought the chipotle in adobo sauce from a supplier too Gert, will look for the link and edit the post.

As they aren't something I use very often, once I opened the can I laid them out on a baking tray with some of the sauce around each one and frozen them.  I then could pick them up and place into a vacuum bag and put back in the freezer to use as needed, otherwise they would have gone off before I'd had chance to use them up.

Gert, I have also purchased some things from Fireworks ... including a variety of chilli seeds - none of which sprouted this season so will try them again next year and hope that there are still some fertile ones in there.

Thanks to someone on here I picked up a coffee pod holder from Aldi and it holds eggs perfectly. We did gave a few problems with teenage boys thinking it would be a good idea to put the eggs in from the top - beware they pick up a lot of speed and fly out at you!!

Yes! I can't remember who suggested it but thank you!!  They work perfectly! Picked a couple up for friends and tried it out first.... Brilliant ! Tip given to me was to keep the "pointy " end of the egg to the inside.

They do look good but ......... who stores their eggs out of the fridge in Australia?  It surely doesn't fit inside the fridge?

Wonder, my 3 boys would do exactly the same (9, 6 and 5) ............. was hoping they get better by the teenage years lol. I can just picture eggs flying/splattering everywhere. Not for us I'm afraid but it is a good idea.

Don and I were doing the last of the Christmas shopping and we went into T2 - I don't drink tea but Don loves it. I tried some of the iced teas and we came out with this   We are having Christmas brunch this year and it will be lovely on the drinks table.

I bought one of those jugs to replace a bodum one that my family loses the insert on ALL the time.  I'm not very keen on the turkish apple (I think that is what it was) tea that comes with it but my daughter likes it...too sweet for me.  I love the strawberries and cream tea chilled and raspberry rush is nice as well.  We keep the jug constantly in the fridge with tea in it.....saves me from my pepsi addiction.  They used to have a 1 litre version of it that I'm hoping they will bring back in again as the one I have at work is leaking.

Staceele I have the bigger version. It is more than a litre. Now I am making my iced tea in it then using my beautiful new glass jug to keep it In the fridge with lemon and lime in the infuser. Thank you once again SS .
