I'm another one who saw them and thought yes. The only thing I am concerned about is if it will scratch the bench top long term. I know it says it doesn't.

I love my Alyce Alexandra spatula, it is one of the best I have used. The only problem is that I ordered a white one and am worried tomatoes / curries might stain it so I don't use it as often add I would like. Am tempted to get a black one!

My Le Creuset shopping arrived. The large pot has a s/s knob so I am hoping that will work well in the tandor. Dont know why I bought the little pots, just because they are cute I think

Guess who bought this?
Some interesting recipes. Can't wait to try them. Did make a SD one but the herbs in , it not to our liking. Will make it into garlic bread to have with soup.
The SD recipes are a good size, 375 flour to 250 starter, 130 to 175 water. Fit nicely into small cast iron pot.
Each recipe has a following recipe of how to use left over bread.

Hally - those pots should last you a lifetime! They're lovely . .
Chookie - Paul Hollywood's book looks a treasure! Love the idea of the suggestion after each recipe of what can be done with leftover bread!

I have seen the book Chookie but have never had the chance to have a look at it. I will have to do so.

My ezislide tile arrived yesterday. Very prompt delivery time.
It has a felt-like nylon backing so looks as though it won't scratch the bench.
It seems to slide well and is still steady.
I will watch closely for scratching as my bench is new. But it looks as though it will be OK.
One concern I have is how it will clean up after a spill or boil over. It has a little card with care instructions but only says wipe with damp cloth and don't put into the dishwasher.
I think it will be great and recommend getting one as it really saves lifting or dragging the Thermomix across the bench.
Thanks Alyce and Lyn Barker.
