Looks great Hally.  Are you able to bring that all back into Australia - I always avoid buying food stuff because I am not sure on the rules and would hate to throw it away at quarantine

Yes Snappy, we declared it all, its all sealed as bought so they were fine. Last year I bought a few things in to see how it went, all good, this year I bought in 8g of Saffron, plus what you see. Its so cheap :)

We tick we have plant on the customs declaration & they are OK with it all.

Snappy, the usual food stuff the customs dislike are creamers, eggs e.g mooncake with egg yolks. Food that are professionally sealed are likely to go through. When my mum visits from Malaysia, I would usually ask her to buy dried seafood such as anchovies and shrimps. Nicer, better varieties  and cheaper than here.

Picked up my cute baking pan for the airfryer just now 😃

And whilst I was at Harvey Norman, thought I'd just take a look at the kitchen stuff. Just in case one of our shortlsted appliances for kitchen reno is on sale. Not that we are starting the reno anytime soon!

But lo and behold...the AEG cooktop was on a clearance sale. The model is going to be discontinued and had a $450 savings. I couldn't walk pass that!! 😁😁 From $1,449 to $999. Still a lot of money though. I really should not go shopping for the rest of the year 😱

Wasn't sure where to put this. Having my morning coffee I opened some junk mail and there was a Thermowhizz  in the Red Dot brochure. Don't know if it would be any good but might suit someone just moving out of home (where Mum has a Thermomix of course).

Troupie, I have amended your post to remove the price under Rule 5.3  JD
